Warranty

In the unlikely event that there is any defect with the Services or parts supplied and fitted by Us and such deficiency manifests itself in the twelve (12) month period, please tell Us as soon as possible and give Us a reasonable opportunity to check and repair such defect.

  • 1. Warranty conditions:

   a. All car keys purchased from our company are covered by a 12-Months warranty against factory defects.
   b. The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase.

   c. Key fob batteries are not covered under warranty.

   d. Accidental damaged or improper handling are not covered under warranty.

  • 2. Eligibility:

   a. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
   b. Proof of purchase, the original receipt will be required to claim warranty benefits.

  • 3. Warranty Coverage:

   a. The warranty covers car keys that exhibit defects resulting from the manufacturing process or materials used.
   b. Defects may include, faulty electronics or programming issues
   c. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or any other external factors.

  • 4. Warranty Claim Procedure:

   a. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the customer must contact our customer service within the warranty period.
   b. Our customer service team will guide you through the troubleshooting process to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely or requires further action.
   c. If the defect cannot be resolved remotely, our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty car key.

  • 5. Replacement or Repair:

   a. Once the faulty car key has been received and verified by our company, we will either repair or replace the key, at our discretion.
   b. If a replacement is necessary, we will provide you with a new car key of equal value and functionality.
   c. If a repair is deemed feasible, we will undertake the necessary repairs and return the car key to you.

  • 6. Exclusions:

   a. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the car key.
   b. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the failure of the car key beyond the purchase price of the key.

  • 9. Modifications:

   a. Our company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
